The triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) is a conglomerate of soft-tissue structures on the ulnar side of the wrist that plays a significant biomechanical role in wrist mobility and stabilization. The severity and chronicity of TFCC injuries will help determine the appropriate treatment selection to maximize functional outcomes.
